Exchange Policy
At Blind Bird, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. We understand that selecting the correct size may not always be easy, and therefore we offer a size exchange service subject to the conditions outlined below.
Customers may request an exchange strictly for size variation within 7 days of receiving the product. To initiate an exchange, the customer must send an email to info@blindbird.in with the following details: full name, email address, contact number, order number, the size received, and the new size requested. Exchange requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Once the request is received, our team will review it within 48 hours. If the exchange request is approved and the desired size is available, we will respond with further shipping instructions. Customers are required to wait for written confirmation from Blind Bird before proceeding with shipment. Products sent to us without an approved exchange request will not be accepted, and the customer will be liable for any additional shipping or handling charges incurred.
All exchanges must be shipped by the customer to the address provided by us during the approval process. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. It is mandatory to use a reliable courier service that provides tracking details, such as India Post, DTDC, Delhivery, or equivalent. Blind Bird is not liable for any shipments lost in transit that lack a verifiable tracking ID.
The item must be returned in its original, unused condition. It must be unworn, unwashed, and must have all original tags intact. Upon receipt of the item, our team will conduct a thorough quality check. If the item meets our criteria, the exchange will be processed, and the new size will be dispatched within 3 business days. The estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from the dispatch date. In the event that the returned item does not meet the required standards, the exchange request will be declined, and the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Each product is eligible for only one exchange. We do not offer returns or refunds. Customers will be notified of the exchange status and shipping updates via email or WhatsApp throughout the process.

Blind Bird reserves the right to accept or decline any exchange request at its sole discretion, based on the conditions outlined in this policy. Continued use of the website or the act of making a purchase from Blind Bird constitutes your full acceptance of the terms and conditions described in this and other store policies.
Blind Bird also reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the most current version of our policies before initiating a transaction or exchange.
Product Issues: Defects, Damages, or Wrong Item
If you receive a defective product, a damaged item, or something different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@blindbird.in. Your email must include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
Once we review and verify your claim, we will issue you store credit equivalent to the product value (excluding shipping). This credit will be valid for 3 months and may be used on any future purchase at blindbird.in. We do not offer replacements or refunds.
Store credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Complaints made after 48 hours of delivery or without adequate proof may not be eligible for resolution.
Blind Bird reserves the right to accept or reject any claim based on the evidence provided and the terms outlined herein.
